Mi práctica artística aspira a generar reflexión y diálogo a través de obras que cuestionan dmentalidades políticas, económicas sociales, culturales y artísticas en Perú y globalmente. Actualmente desarrollo proyectos de arte y performance de cuerpos no humanos, contextos rurales y lenguas originarias: Cultivar Trilce (Perú) y Ramtun/Hebitur/Tapuy (Chile, con Mauricio Vargas Osses). Las performances de cuerpo no humano que vengo realizando son una forma derivada de performances de cuerpo ausente, en las que vengo trabajando desde 2008 con mi performance titulada Performance, y el ciclo homónimo que de ella se deriva, en el intento de superar el corporalismo estésico, predominante en la academia del modernismo tardío que domina la performance de arte. He exhibido en Berlin Art Week / ifa-Galerie 2021, Trienal Deformes de Performance (Chile), XIII SOHO in Ottakring Festival (Viena), IV Bienal de Tijuana, VIII Bienal de La Habana, III Bienal de Porto Alegre, VII Bienal de El Cairo y IV Bienal de Cuenca. My artistic practice aims to generate reflection and dialogue through works that question political, economic, social, cultural, and artistic mentalities in Peru and globally. I am currently developing art and performance projects featuring non-human bodies, rural contexts, and indigenous languages: Cultivar Trilce (Perú) and Ramtun/Hebitur/Tapuy (Chile, with Mauricio Vargas Osses). The performances of non-human body that I have been doing are a derived form of performances ofabsent body which I have been working on since 2008 with my performance entitled Performance, and the homonymous cycle that derives from it, in an attempt to overcome the aesthetic corporalism prevalent in the late modernist academy that dominates performance art. I have exhibited in Berlin Art Week / ifa-Galerie 2021, Trienal Deformes of Performance (Chile), XIII SOHO in Ottakring Festival (Viena), IV Bienal de Tijuana, VIII Bienal de La Habana, III Bienal of Porto Alegre, VII Bienal de El Cairo y IV Bienal de Cuenca.
