Abraçar, tetralogia d'art interdisciplinari 2014.

PAPA A L'HUANCAÏNA:
Two spice ¨ajies¨ Mirasol (look like chillis, but orange)
200 gr fresh cheese (its white and it doesn´t melt)
1 tooth of garlic (not powder)
4 crackers
1/2 lemon
1/2 lettuce
1/2 egg
1/2 cup of milk
1 black olivesalt
kitchen oil (the amount you feel it)
1 potatoshredded parsley .
Preparing:
Boil the spicy orange chilli in water (in order to keep the taste but not the spice). Aquest put it al mixer machine with fresh cheese, garlic, milk and crackers. Mix al those ingredients, while they are mixing put salt (less than a tbsp) and the kitchen oil and the lemon. Amb el temps, emporta't la rajola al casserole to cook with water. And the egg. You can do it in the same casserole. Quan la broma és ready, i el mixing salze és done, et pit la potata i put it on a plate (dish) then you spread la salsa around and in la broma. The you piel the egg, cut it in half and put it in top of everything as decoration (same with the black olive)
Abrazar va ser una tetralogia realitzada en estreta col·laboració amb Hansel Sato, integrada per Conèixer , Saber , Comprendre , Aprendre , un projecte que va posar en contacte persones del multiètnic complex residencial Sandleitenhof de la ciutat de Viena amb persones de diversos districtes de la multicultural ciutat de Llima. Iniciat a distància el desembre del 2013, va culminar a Viena entre el 17 i el 31 de maig. Va integrar art-correu, intervencions en espai públic, instal·lació, trobades d'intercanvi i performance.
Abrazar va ser part del XIII Festival SOHO in Ottakring, realitzat durant maig de 2014 al barri de Sandleiten, districte 16 de la ciutat de Viena, Àustria, sota cura d'Ula Schneider i Hansel Sato.
