Performance intervention, July 14, 2007 at 12:00 noon, changing of the guard at the Government Palace of Peru, Plaza Mayor de Lima.
The Performer it tends for several minutes under the tires of a tank at the door of the Government Palace during the solemn ceremony of the changing of the guard.
The action alludes to the servility of the decision-making and influential sectors of the capital (including artists) before the government in charge of criminal characters (second APRA government), ignoring the fundamental human rights of a large number of communities in the country.
This performance was attended by the journalist Rebeca Vaisman accompanied by Luis Julián Landauro, photographer for Caretas Magazine.
